If the watcher does not like Action type of movies, he will watch the whole movie and have great fun. It tells important lesson about how you should live your life to it's fullness. It is a sensational, tense movie from start to finish. Yang Lu made this movie at a great steady pace along with amazing writing. I loved all of the actors, even the enemies of the main character. Not many "excellent" movies that have ever been released. From the start to the end I was impressed, and if you like well done movies I'm sure you'll feel same. Brotherhood Of Blades is a living masterpiece. This movie is an art, at it's very best form.

In the late Ming Dynasty, Shen Lian and two other royal guards follow their mission of killing Wei, a powerful castrated man. On the way back after completing his mission, Shen Lian is trapped and threatened in danger. Luckily saved by a beautiful stranger named Zhou Miaotong, Shen Lian and Zhou Miaotong then enter another fight to protect their love.
