You do not need to like Western films to enjoy time spent on watching this film. I am a huge fan of John Ford and this movie was his finest work last time. I liked the characters, all of them, even the antagonists were unforgettable, especially James Stewart. I loved How the West Was Won from the first sight. Is How the West Was Won the best film of all time? I would put it in my top 5 for sure. Really I can't stop thinking about How the West Was Won.
